...Bowlin Energy crews played an integral part in our restoration efforts. IPL has enjoyed a long-standing realtionship woth your company and, once again, during an emergency situation you provided skilled and professional line crews to help us restoe our system.

I'd especially like to commend the efforts of your company's crews as they contributed to working safely for in injury-free restoration. Our field operations teams faced significant difficulties as they restored power to IPL's customers affetced by the these storms (including a tornado) and your crews rose to the challenge.
