Dear Mr. Jackson,

 I am writing this letter to let you know what a GREAT crew you have working for you.

In mid-December of 2007, our small community was struck by a major ice storm. Afetr 5 1/2 days of no power, your guys Pepper, Mike and Cody, were so kind to stay late and restore our power temporarily for the night, with a promise that they would be back the next morning to finish the job. Not only were they true to their word and returned the next day but they went above and beyond to help us once we discovered more damage.

I know of several families, that would have been several more days without power, if it had not been for your crew.

I know our local (power) company was not prepared for this type of emergency, so thank God there are people like Pepper, Mike and Cody who have a caring and compassionate heart to help people in need.

I know that Pepper had a little girl that sure wanted her Daddy home and when she gets older I hope he can tell her our story.

That night was a night when we weren't sure we could take any more, so what may have seemed like "part of the job" to the crewwas a lifesaver to our family. I gave Pepper a "big hug" that night and I am giving another to all of them. They will always be remembered for the kind treatment they extended to all of us.
